cup cottage cheese

tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder
tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

tbsp butter

tbsp almond flour

tbsp heavy cream

cup almond milk

pinch salt

tbsp liquid egg whites

cup icing sugar

tbsp golden brown sugar

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients (protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a large bowl. Then, mix in the remaining wet ingredients (blended cottage cheese, almond milk, egg whites) until combined. Pour the batter into a donut pan. 2. Bake the donuts at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. 3. For the crumble: In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, brown sweetener, sugar-free chocolate chips, vanilla protein powder, melted butter, and vanilla. Sprinkle the crumble mixture generously over the cooled donuts. 4. For the frosting: Combine powdered sweetener with 1-3 tablespoons of heavy cream, adjusting until you reach your desired consistency.
