What you need
tbsp dried italian seasoning

cup marinara sauce

oz pork rinds

cup mozzarella cheese
boneless chicken breast

cup parmesan cheese
egg

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Blend up your pork rinds & mix with Italian seasonings. 3. Coat your chicken in the whisked egg and use the pork rind mix to bread it. 4. Bake for 25 minutes. (Until internal temp is 165F) 5. Take out and top with 1/4 cup marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni & 1/4 cup parmesan. 6. Broil until the cheese melts & set aside. 7. Rinse your Palmini Linguine & add to a pan with remaining marinara over medium low heat until it warms up. 8. Take off, put everything together & enjoy!View original recipe
