Instructions
For the Mashed Cauliflower: 1. Place cauliflower florets into a food processor and process until finely chopped. 2. Transfer the processed cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl. 3. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and adobo seasoning to the cauliflower. 4. Microwave until tender, stirring occasionally (alternatively, boil cauliflower first for a smoother texture). 5. Once cooked, stir in queso dip and crumbled bacon. For the Chicken: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 3. Carefully lift the skin of the chicken and place a small amount of butter underneath. 4. Bake the chicken at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. 5.
