1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and spread shredded mozzarella on a baking sheet with lightly greased parchment paper. Then season it. 2. Switch the oven setting to broil and put the baking sheet in until light brown spots appear on the cheese. 3. Let the cheese crust cool. Add fillings of your choice (e.g., pepperonis and marinara sauce) to one half, then fold the crust over and crimp the edges with a fork. 4. Put the hot pocket back in the oven for 1-2 minutes or until it browns to your preference. Let it sit for 10-12 minutes before eating!View original recipe
