Preheat oven to 350F. Cook cauliflower rice halfway if you bought it frozen; if it’s fresh, you don’t have to heat it up. Mix the chili, cheese, and cauli rice. Cut the peppers in half length-wise. Remove seeds and then add the chili mix. Add to a baking pan with high edges because some chili will spill out of the peppers. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
