salami

oz parmesan
tbsp dried italian seasoning
chicken breast

marinara sauce

fl oz egg yolk

oz pork rinds
Instructions
Cube up a chicken breast into 1 inch pieces and coat in egg wash + a mixture of pork rind crumbles, Parmesan & Italian seasonings. Air fry the coated chicken @ 400F for 10-12 minutes.
