You can use code: KETOSNACKZ10 for 10% off yours (link in bio) To make them you need: 3 cabbage leaves 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese Jalapeños for topping Filling ingredients: 1/2 cup @kevins.natural.foods Cilantro Lime Chicken (link in bio) 3 tbsp enchilada sauce 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese Seasonings of choice Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Blanch your cabbage leaves in boiling water for a few minutes. 3. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl. 4. Flatten cabbage leaves and scoop some filling into to them. 5. Roll them up and add to a baking dish. 6. Cover with the enchilada sauce, cheese and jalapeños. 7. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover & broil for 2-3 minutes, 8. Take out, let cool, & enjoy!
