What you need

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp pepperoni

slice mozzarella cheese

oz ground chicken
egg

tbsp pepper and onion mix
Instructions
1. Flatten your ground chicken into a thin circle on a piece of greased parchment paper. 2. Add the mozzarella, pepperoni, veggies to half of the circle and fold over the other half using the parchment paper. 3. Brush with egg wash, coat each side with Parmesan and air fry @ 400F for 12 mins. Take it out & enjoy!View original recipe
