Instructions
1. Hollow out the cucumbers to create boats. 2. Cut 1 lb of salmon into bite-sized pieces. Coat the salmon with oil and chili lime seasoning. 3. Air fry the salmon at 400F for 6-10 minutes, shaking halfway through. 4. Mix a bag of cooked cauliflower rice with 1 tbsp of cream cheese. For best results, squeeze out all moisture from the cauliflower rice using a cheesecloth or dish towel. 5. Fill the hollowed cucumbers with the creamy cauliflower rice. 6.
