Healthy Pickle Bun Big Mac

A healthy take on the classic Big Mac, featuring pickle buns made with cheddar, a high-protein beef patty, and a homemade Mac sauce with 50g protein.

What you need

onion

oz ground beef

tbsp mustard

cup nonfat greek yogurt

splash vinegar
tbsp dill pickle relish

cup shredded cheddar

tsp paprika

pickle

cup shredded reduced fat cheddar
Instructions
Bake a few pickles between two piles of shredded cheddar on a parchment lined sheet @ 400F for 10-15 mins. For the Mac sauce, mix 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp dill relish, 1 tsp paprika and a splash of vinegar. Once the pickle buns are crispy, add a beef patty, lettuce, onions and your Mac sauce between each bun. Enjoy!View original recipe
