What you need

pepper

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp fresh parsley

tbsp cream cheese

tsp dried thyme

head cauliflower

tbsp olive oil

bacon

tsp oregano

oz shredded cheddar

clove garlic clove

oz ribeye steak
Instructions
For the Mashed Cauliflower: 1. Chop your cauliflower head into florets & boil for 7-8 minutes. 2. Drain, add back to the heat for a few minutes & let it cook out the moisture. 3. Add to a blender with butter, cream cheese, shredded cheddar & seasonings. 4. Pour out, garnish, & enjoy! For the Air Fried Steak: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400F. 2. Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt & pepper. 3. Add to air fryer for 5 minutes. 4. Flip steak and put back in for 5 more minutes. 5. Mix your butter with the parsley and melt in the microwave. 6. When steak is finished, drizzle with the butter, let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!View original recipe
