tbsp unsalted butter
oz ranch mix
Instructions
Blend a few tablespoons of cottage cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread this mixture on a low-carb tortilla. Add a layer of fully cooked shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll the tortilla up tightly. Brush the outside of the rolled tortilla with butter. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels.
