What you need

cup shredded mozzarella

tbsp cream cheese

pinch seasoning mix
egg
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute. 2. Stir and microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir again. Add your whisked egg & almond flour. Mix. Add your seasonings and mix again. 3. Knead and flatten out between two sheets of greased parchment paper. Cut into 4 squares. 4. Take one square and add your fillings to half of it, fold the other half over it, and air fry on parchment paper at 400F for 8-12 minutes flipping halfway through. 5.
