What you need

cup water

lb chuck roast

tsp garlic

tsp ginger

cup beef broth

cup onion

cup soy sauce

oz broccoli
cup liquid honey
Instructions
1. Slice your beef into strips. 2. Combine the beef with all ingredients (except the broccoli) and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours. 3. Stir to thicken the sauce. Add your broccoli, cook for another 30 minutes, take it out & enjoy! Pro tip: Adding the sweetener here helps a lot with the flavor, and you can even whisk a little corn starch with water and stir it in to thicken the sauce as well.View original recipe
