What you need

cup heavy cream

tsp garlic powder

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp onion powder

cup shredded cheddar

tbsp unsalted butter

head cauliflower
tsp dried italian seasoning

cup bacon bits

oz cream cheese

tbsp olive oil

tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Coat cauliflower with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast for 20 minutes and set aside. 3. Combine butter & cream cheese in a sauce pan over medium heat. 4. Add your seasonings, heavy cream, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar, & mozzarella to the pan and whisk until completely melted. 5. Add cauliflower to a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over your cauliflower. 6. Top with the rest of your cheddar cheese. 7. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 8.
