What you need

oz cooked chicken breast

cup shredded cheddar
tsp ground pepper

oz cream cheese

tsp table salt
tbsp buffalo sauce

tbsp sour cream

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). 2. For the Buffalo Chicken filling: Let 2 oz cream cheese soften (microwave on defrost setting for 1 minute if needed). In a baking dish, mix the softened cream cheese, 4 oz fully cooked chicken breast, 2 tbsp hot sauce or buffalo sauce, 2 tbsp sour cream, and seasonings (1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp oregano). 3. Cook the chicken mixture in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. 4. For the Cheese Shells: While the chicken cooks, create 2 circular piles of 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on parchment paper. 5. Bake the cheese at 350F (175C) for 5-7 minutes, until the edges start to brown. 6. Let the baked cheese cool for 2 minutes, then carefully drape each shell over a cooking utensil (such as a wooden spoon handle) placed between two cups to form the taco shape. Leave them there until they harden. 7. Once both the chicken filling and cheese shells are ready, fill the cheese shells with the buffalo chicken mixture.
