What you need

cup parmesan cheese

oz cream cheese

lb ground chicken
egg

tbsp ranch

jalapeno
Instructions
1. Mix your cream cheese, cheddar and ranch seasoning. 2. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds. 3. Stuff each half with the cheese mix. 4. Form ground chicken around each stuffed jalapeño. 5. Coat in egg wash and Parmesan. 6. Air fry at 400°F for 10-15 minutes. Pro tip: Air fry your jalapeños for a few mins after slicing them if you prefer a tender texture. You can also make this recipe in an oven. Just bake @ 425F for 20-30 mins.View original recipe
