What you need

bunch cilantro

tsp salt

oz sour cream

clove garlic clove

tbsp unsalted butter

lb shrimp

white onion

tbsp chili paste
Instructions
1. Melt butter on medium heat in a large skillet. Add your onions until translucent. 2. Add your garlic for 1 minute and then add shrimp. 3. When shrimp become pink, add your chili paste & sour cream. Stir until combined. 4. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes and add your cilantro. 5. Remove from heat, serve over Cauli rice, & enjoy!
