What you need
oz mozzarella

bunch basil
boneless chicken breast

marinara sauce

tortilla

fl oz egg yolk
Instructions
Coat a thinly sliced chicken breast in egg wash and Parmesan. Air fry @ 400F for 10-12 mins. Add it to a tortilla with a slit cut halfway up the middle. Add mozzarella, marinara and basil. Fold it like I did. Fry it in Parmesan and enjoy!View original recipe
