What you need

oz ground chicken

tbsp broccoli

seasoning mix

cup parmesan cheese

egg
Instructions
1. Flatten the chicken into a circle on greased parchment paper. 2. Add your broccoli & cheese. 3. Fold it and press down to seal it. 4. Brush with egg wash then coat with Parmesan and your seasonings. 5. Flip onto another piece of parchment paper and add more egg wash + parm. 6. Air fry @ 400F for 10 mins & enjoy!View original recipe
