tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup mayo

oz pork rinds

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ketchup

fl oz egg yolk

1. Coat chicken tenderloins thoroughly in egg wash, then dredge them in blended pork rinds until fully covered. 2. Place the coated chicken tenderloins in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. 3. While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce by mixing 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sugar-free ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper in a small bowl until well combined. 4.
