Greek Empanada

Say “YUM” if you would eat this Greek Empanada 😋🙌 How to make it: Flatten 3-4 oz ground chicken between greased parchment paper and plastic wrap into a circle. Add a mixture of 2 oz feta and a handful of chopped spinach. Fold over and press down to seal using the parchment paper. Brush with egg wash, coat with Parmesan, flip on to another piece of parchment paper and repeat. Air fry @ 400F for 10-12 mins & enjoy!
