What you need

tsp salt

pepper
tbsp vegetable oil

lb raw shrimp

tbsp unsalted butter

cup parmesan cheese

cup white wine

cup heavy cream

tbsp garlic
Instructions
1. Season the shrimp and add to skillet with oil on medium heat. 2. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside. 3. Add butter to pan on medium low and add your garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the wine and let it reduce. 5. Add the heavy cream and parmesan and let it continue to reduce. 6.
